t999k Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the t999k website accessible at https://t999k.io, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, sportsbook markets, account management tools and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to t999k, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, being the sole account currency on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by t999k prior to authorising withdrawals or at any time at our reasonable discretion.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under these Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the t999k Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any bet or wager on the Platform. t999k operates a strict 21+ policy. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are aged 21 or over. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or for any other reason constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

2.3 Personal Use Only

You must use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. You may not act on behalf of a third party, operate a syndicate, or use automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by t999k.

2.4 Sound Judgement

You must not use the Platform while impaired by alcohol, drugs or any other substance, or while under duress. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and confirm that you are placing bets and wagers of your own free will with full understanding of that risk.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of t999k services you must create a registered Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay payment account as applicable.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. t999k accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by a Player. You must notify us promptly of any change to your registered details by contacting [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. t999k will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify t999k immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

t999k reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to: prior to processing any withdrawal; following any material change to Account details; where unusual or suspicious activity is detected; or where required to verify compliance with these Terms. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

t999k accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Additionally, Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to periodic availability. All payment channels are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise. t999k reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. t999k aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business operations, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification required.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. t999k reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment channel.

4.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagering transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t999k does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by t999k; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

4.6 Refused Transactions

t999k reserves the right to refuse, reverse or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. In such circumstances t999k may freeze the Account and request additional documentation before any funds are released.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

t999k offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering on certain game categories (for example, live dealer tables or certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate towards clearing a wagering requirement — the applicable contribution rates are set out in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

t999k reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has attempted to abuse our promotional system, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players; or exploiting a technical error in our systems.

5.4 Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds that have not been used within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be removed without compensation.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Markets

All sports bets placed on the t999k Platform are governed by the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. These rules are available within the sportsbook interface. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published on the Platform. t999k reserves the right to void any bet where an event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise fails to meet the conditions required for settlement under the applicable market rules.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected events. Once a bet is accepted on an in-play market it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled. Odds for in-play markets are updated in real time and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.

6.3 Error and Obvious Mistakes

Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error or data feed failure, t999k reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. t999k will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct obvious errors promptly.

6.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per event and per Player per day apply and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. t999k reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion without notice.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the t999k Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and crash-style games — are sourced from globally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes overseen by trained human dealers. t999k does not alter or influence game outcomes.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider. RTP figures are indicative of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual gaming session. Players acknowledge that all casino games carry an inherent house edge and that losses are a possible outcome of gameplay.

7.3 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or malfunction during a casino game session, t999k will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the session from server logs and settle the outcome accordingly. Where a session cannot be reconstructed, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Player's Account. t999k shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t999k Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds connected to any criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without our express written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing or using offensive language towards t999k staff or other Players.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is ineligible to use the Platform, including persons under 21 years of age.
• Any other conduct that t999k reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or harmful to other Players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by t999k

t999k reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so for the protection of the Player under our responsible gaming obligations.

9.2 Permanent Closure

Following investigation, t999k may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, any Balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money Balance not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

9.3 Closure by Player

Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting the t999k support team at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy. Any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been met.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the t999k Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trade marks, and the t999k brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of t999k or is used under licence from the relevant game providers and content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of t999k. Unauthorised use of t999k intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t999k, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory.

t999k's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player to their Account during the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

t999k collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

t999k applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for the operation of the Platform (for example, to payment processors for the purpose of processing transactions) or as required by law.

13 Responsible Gaming

t999k is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

t999k reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where an amendment is required urgently to address a legal, regulatory or security matter, in which case the change may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 9.3.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which t999k operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the first instance, Players are encouraged to raise any complaint directly with the t999k customer support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter through any applicable dispute resolution process available under local law.

The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
